Help Guide

First we will cover basic controls and wear instructions, then we will walk through adding music to your player step by step. Use the buttons below to jump directly to different sections.

Press 1x to start & stop

Hold to decrease volume

Playback Indicators

Ordered: 1 flash per second

Shuffled: 1 long flash & 3 short flashes

Paused: Solid light

Low Battery: voice prompt "Low battery"

 

Charging Indicators

Charging: 1 flashing Red light per second

Charged: Solid blue light while plugged in

Mode Indicators (Pairing/MP3)

Upon turning on- Pairing mode: Flashing Red unpaired/searching for Bluetooth connection, Paired blinking blue

Switching to MP3 Mode:A quick press on the (-) and (+) buttons simutaneously

 

Wear Tips

  • First, turn your player on.
  • If wearing goggles, place those on before putting on your Bone Conduction Player.
  • Loop the headphones around your ears; they should rest on top of the ears the way glasses would. The bone conduction piece at the end should sit right in front of your ear.
  • Press the PLAY button!

Care Tips

Rinse and Dry

- After each swim, turn off the Bone Conduction Player and rinse it using fresh water. This will help get any chlorine or salt off.

- Lightly pat dry the Bone Conduction Player, then allow it to air-dry until you are certain it is completely moisture-free before charging. Recommended is to wait 8 hours before charging    

- Storage: Store your Swimbuds in a temperature-controlled area, avoiding bending the back of the headset to prevent breakage.

 

Charging

- Allow the Bone Conduction Player to fully dry before charging.

-Only charge as needed, and only for 3-4 hours maximum. (avoid overcharging)

 

How to connect your Bluetooth Swimbuds to Delphin:

  

  1. Power on Delphin and ensure it is on the Delphin home screen.
  2. Tap the three horizontal white lines to pull up your apps list.
  3. Scroll down and click on the tab that says ‘system settings.’
  4. Once in the system settings, scroll and tap on the tab labeled ‘connected devices.’
  5. In the pair device tab, you will see an option to pair a new device with a plus sign next to it. Tap that tab to open the Bluetooth portal.
  6. Make sure your Swimbuds Bone Conduction 2 is turned on by pushing the middle button labeled ‘M’. You will hear a power-on voice signifying that they are powered on and in pairing mode.
  7. Once in the Bluetooth portal, locate your Swimbuds Bone Conduction 2 tap on them to pair, and wait for the process to complete. Your Delphin will show the Swimbuds as connected when the pairing process has been completed.


Put Music On Your Player

We make first-time setup easy. Simply select MAC or PC below to get started.

PC: Step 1

Connect Your Bone Conduction Player

Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer and connect the magnetic strips together on the player.

PC: Step 2

Select Your Player

Locate your player in the File Explorer. Do this by clicking on “This PC” in the left bar of Windows File Explorer.

To open File Explorer, you can click on the file icon on the bottom of your screen, or you can hold the Windows key on your keyboard and press the letter E.

The player will be listed under USB devices. Your computer will probably only recognize the Bone Conduction Player as something generic like “USB”, “USB Drive”, "No Name", or "Unknown". In the office, our computers see it as USB Drive (E:).

PC: Step 3

Choose Your Tracks

In a separate window, open a music folder or iTunes playlist.

PC: Step 4

Drag & Drop Your Files

Highlight all of your files, then click and drag them onto your Bone Conduction Player.

You can also copy and paste your files onto your player. Highlight all of your files, then hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and press the letter C. Next, click inside of your Bone Conduction Player window and hold the CTRL key and press the letter V.

(Tip: It is important that you drag only your audio files directly into the player. Do not drag folders onto the player or else your files will not be recognized.)

The Bone Conduction Player is compatible with MP3 and WMA files.

PC: Step 5

Eject Before You Disconnect

Right click on the player within the File Explorer (Remember, it may be a generic name like “USB Drive (E:)” ) and click Eject. Ejecting your player before unplugging will prevent any file corruption.

PC: Step 6

Disconnect & Test

After the computer prompts you that it is safe to remove your player, unplug the USB cord from the computer.

To test that your music transfer has been successful before going to the pool, press PLAY. If you hear music, congrats! You are ready to swim with your Bone Conduction Music Player.

Hold the PLAY button for 3 seconds to turn it off.

MAC: Step 1

Connect Your Bone Conduction Music Player

Open the Finder App and select your Player. The Bone Conduction Player will be listed under the “Devices” section in the left column, likely as “NO NAME”.

MAC: Step 3

Choose Your Tracks
