Return for Refund (US)

If you need to return your product, you can send it back unused for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If you have used your Underwater Audio device (iPod Shuffle, Delphin, SYRYN, or Swimbuds MP3), it is covered by the Underwater Audio Warranty against manufacturer’s defects. You cannot return a used, operational product for a full refund.

Cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.

If you are returning a waterproof player bundle, be sure to include all headphones and accessories to avoid delays in processing your refund.

 

Inside of your return's package, please include a note with your name and email address to help our Return's Team find you in our system. (If you have your original order number, that is also very helpful!)

Your refund will be processed by our team after your return reaches our store and is checked in by one of our team members.

 

We recommend shipping with a tracking number:

We recommend the United States Postal Service First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It is the least expensive option and is still secure and reliable. We do not recommend using an expensive shipping method.

If you opt to not use a tracking number and your package is lost during delivery, we will be unable to issue you a refund.
