3 Great Accessories to Use with Yamaha Boats

August 29, 2014 0 Comments

I love boats! Growing up, I spent many happy hours with my family and friends out on the lake wake boarding, knee boarding and water skiing. In high school, my dad even let me skip class to go to the lake if the weather was right.
One thing my dad, my brother, and I always loved was finding new things to make the boat more awesome! Whether it was a new holder for the wake boards or a new tower to help us go higher, we loved it. So, while looking for some new stuff for our boat, I came across a few really cool items. I want to share a few with you. So, here are 3 great accessories to use with Yamaha boats.

are you hungry?

We used to spend long hours out on the boat just floating in the lake and going on wake board runs. After a while, we would get really hungry.
We used to pack sandwiches and soda but they were often soggy after spending time in a cooler. However, we don’t have to eat soggy sandwiches anymore!
With the new Magma Newport Gas Grill, you can enjoy a really good bbq while still enjoying the lake.
This gas grill is made from marine grade steel so that it will last for many years. It runs on small propane canisters and has a 9″ x 12″ grilling space that’s perfect for feeding your boat full of hungry folks.

i think i’m burning

One of the worst parts of boating is that there is no shade. If you are as pasty as I am, then after about an hour, you resemble a cooked lobster. These new accessories will save you from the shame of a peeling sunburn.
It is a Yamaha Sun Shade. This is so simple but we never thought of it. Now, this shade is only designed for use while you are floating, and needs to be taken down before taking off.
That said, this is a great design that fits all models of Yamaha boats with a tower and will help you stay cool while you cook on your new grill.

How about some beats

space grey family with logoNo boat party is complete with out some tunes. Now, lots of boats have huge sound systems. But what if you don’t have the money for a tower of speakers? Are you just out of luck? No way
I recommend getting two things: the first is some waterproof speakers from EcoXGear. These little speakers pack in a lot of sound and you won’t have to worry about them getting wet.
The second thing you need to get is a waterproofed iPod shuffle from Underwater Audio. These are the best waterproofed players on the market.

One last thought

I’m telling you, if you pick up these few items for your Yamaha boat, you will be the coolest boater out on the lake. If you have any other suggestions, please leave them in the comment section below.
