Help Guide

First we will cover basic controls and wear instructions, then we will walk through adding music to your Swimbuds MP3 step by step. Use the buttons below to jump directly to different sections.

Left Arrow

Press for previous track

Hold to Rewind

Play/Pause

Press to start & stop

LED Light

Learn the Indicators

Playback Indicators

Ordered: Blue light blinking quickly

Shuffled: Blue light blinking slowly

Paused: Solid Blue light

Fast Forward/ Rewind: Blue light blinks very quickly

Low Battery: Very quick, continuous blinking light while unplugged

Charging Indicators

Charging: Solid Red light while plugged in

Charged: Solid Red light turns off


Wear Tips

  • Bend the memory wire on the headphones to adjust the earbuds to the desired position.
  • Memory wire should rest on top of the ears the way glasses would.
  • Wear the headphone base as close to the back of the ear as possible.
  • If using goggles: Place goggle's strap on top of the headphones, crossing the play/pause & the shuffle buttons.
  • Pull the cord keeper tight to secure the headphones.
  • Tuck slack from the cord keeper under your goggle's strap.

Care Tips

Rinse and Dry

- After each swim, turn off the Swimbuds MP3 and rinse it using fresh water. This will help get any chlorine or salt off.

- Lightly pat dry the Swimbuds MP3, then air-dry for at least 12 hours.

Charging

- Allow the Swimbuds MP3 to fully dry before charging.

- Only charge as needed, and only for 3-4 hours maximum. The Swimbuds MP3 is usually fully charged within 1 hour. The red light turns off when the battery is fully charged.




Put Music On Your Swimbuds MP3

We make first-time setup easy. Simply select MAC or PC below to get started.





PC: Step 1

Connect Your Swimbuds MP3

Plug your Swimbuds MP3 into a USB port on your computer.

PC: Step 2

Select Your Swimbuds MP3

Locate your Swimbuds MP3 in the File Explorer. Do this by clicking on “This PC” in the left bar of Windows File Explorer.

To open File Explorer, you can click on the file icon on the bottom of your screen, or you can hold the Windows key on your keyboard and press the letter E.

The Swimbuds MP3 will be listed under USB devices. Your computer will probably only recognize the Swimbuds MP3 as something generic like “USB”, or “USB Drive”. In the office, our computers see it as USB Drive (E:).

PC: Step 3

Choose Your Tracks

In a separate window, open a music folder or iTunes playlist.

PC: Step 4

Drag & Drop Your Files

Highlight all of your files, then click and drag them onto your Swimbuds MP3.

You can also copy and paste your files onto your Swimbuds MP3. Highlight all of your files, then hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and press the letter C. Next, click inside of your Swimbuds MP3 window and hold the CTRL key and press the letter V.

(Tip: It is important that you drag only your audio files directly into the Swimbuds MP3. Do not drag folders onto the Swimbuds MP3 or else your files will not be recognized.)

The Swimbuds MP3 is compatible with AAC, MP3, and WMA files.

PC: Step 5

Eject Before You Disconnect

Right click on the Swimbuds MP3 within the File Explorer (Remember, it may be a generic name like “USB Drive (E:)” ) and click Eject. Ejecting your Swimbuds MP3 before unplugging will prevent any file corruption.

PC: Step 6

Disconnect & Test

After the computer prompts you that it is safe to remove your Swimbuds MP3, unplug the USB cord from the computer.

To test that your music transfer has been successful before going to the pool, plug in a pair of headphones and press PLAY. If you hear music, congrats! You are ready to swim with your Swimbuds MP3.

Swimbuds MP3 turns off by itself when unplugged.



MAC: Step 1

Connect Your Swimbuds MP3

Plug your Swimbuds MP3 into a USB port on your computer.

MAC: Step 2

Select Your Swimbuds MP3

Open the Finder App and select your Swimbuds MP3. The Swimbuds MP3 will be listed under the “Devices” section in the left column, likely as “NO NAME”.

MAC: Step 3

Choose Your Tracks

Open a separate Folder of your music, or your desired iTunes playlist.

MAC: Step 4

Drag & Drop Your Files

Highlight all of your files, then click and drag them onto your Swimbuds MP3.
