Here at Underwater Audio, we’re always on the lookout for new music to work out to. I’ve had a lot of conversations about this with my coworkers and it’s helped me find a lot of stuff I really like. I’ve come up with a list of my top ten songs to work out to from this year and I’m excited to share it with you. Without further ado:

#10 WALK THE MOON – Work This Body (Lyrics)
The reason most of these songs are so good for working out to is that they have a quick rhythm to get your blood moving and give you something to keep pace to. Many of these songs have upbeat, motivating lyrics, too, which really helps me stay motivated and push myself to do better.
