Return for Refund (CAN)

If you need to return your product, you can send it back for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If you have used your Underwater Audio device (iPod Shuffle, Delphin, SYRYN, or Swimbuds MP3), it is covered by the Underwater Audio Warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

Cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.

If you are returning a waterproof player bundle, be sure to include all headphones and accessories to avoid delays in processing your refund.

 

Inside your return's package, please include a note with your name and email address to help our Return's Team find you in our system. (If you have your original order number, that is also very helpful!)

Your refund will be processed by our team after your return reaches our shipping center and is checked in.

 

International Orders: You must ship with a tracking number to get a refund.

We recommend whichever shipping service in your area is the cheapest, and provides a tracking number. We do not recommend using an expensive shipping method.

If you do not use a tracking number, we will be unable to issue you a refund.
