I love awesome gadgets that can help my performance in sports.
Running warehouses happen to have a large selection of tech devices.
For this reason, I went out looking for the newest items that will help me perform better. I’d like to share the coolest pieces I found with all of you!
1. Garmin Vivofit
With the Garmin Vivofit, there are numerous functions.
You can calculate your calorie-expenditure to make goals for gaining and losing weight and sync-it to your computer or smart phone. It tracks your activity level, monitors your sleep, your heart rate and much more!
I like being able to be more aware of my body so that I can bulk up. As a guy who is 6 feet and 5 inches tall, it can be difficult to keep track of all the calories needed to make sure I’m maintaining my weight while doing all my favorite sports.
This device would help me a lot in my goals!
2. Tanita Wireless Full Body Composition Scale
I have no idea if this thing really works. But it claims to be able to calculate weight, body fat and body water percentage.
It states that this can be displayed on Garmin FR60 or linked with a personal computer. That’s a really broad range compared to any household scale I’ve ever had.
This would totally help me track my progress toward my goals!
3. Underwater Audio Waterproof iPod Shuffle
The one thing that I didn’t find at the running warehouse was my favorite gadget of all: my Waterproof iPod Shuffle from Underwater Audio.
I can run with this thing all I want and it still won’t break. Then, I can go on a cool-down swim with it still playing music in my ears! It’s amazing.
You gotta try one.
