    Congratulations on Underwater Audio’s initiatives to records these audio files! I really enjoyed it and have picked up a few tips.

    I primarily swim Freestyle and Breaststroke, about 1km a day in a 25m pool. The 30 minute workout works well.

    Hi , I was able to try the 30 minute work out this evening:) I found both voice and background music very easy listening. It was inspirational in that I swim 3 times a week , but sometimes it is a chore and the workout gave me something to work with and a time limit to do it in, so I swam for less time tonight but definitely worked harder than I sometimes do, just like having a personal trainer in the pool with me.
