INSTRUCTIONS FOR IPOD

  1. Include your iPod, USB cable, and, if you still have it, the small plastic box.
  2. Keep your waterproof headphones with you.  You can also keep your non-waterproof Apple headphones. We don’t need them to replace your iPod. If customer service has also discussed sending you replacement headphones, make sure you list them on the returns form below.
  3. Package your iPod. We recommend a small padded envelope or box, as it’s a little too easy for your tiny iPod to slip out of a plain envelope. A little reinforcement is good.
  4. Address your package. Our business address is below. Please include a return/shipping address.
  5. Ship the iPod. We HIGHLY recommend United States Postal Service First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. It is the least expensive option and still quite secure and reliable.
  6. Collect your tracking number, and
  7. Submit your tracking number, the address to which you would like us to ship your replacement, and your color preference, using the form below.

  1. Include your Delphin, USB cable, and, if you still have them, starter book and zippered case.
  2. Keep your functioning waterproof headphones and stylus/keyboard with you. We don’t need them to replace your Delphin.
  3. Package your Delphin. We recommend a small padded envelope or box, as it’s a little too easy for your Delphin to slip out of a plain envelope. A little reinforcement is good.
  4. Address your package. Our business address is below. Please include a return/shipping address.
  5. Ship the Delphin using the cheapest shipping option with delivery confirmation.
  6. Collect your tracking number, and
  7. Submit your tracking number and the address to which you would like us to ship your replacement using the form below.

REMINDERS

KEEP your waterproof headphones with you.
DO NOT USE A PLAIN ENVELOPE as this may lead to your item(s) being lost. A cardboard or padded envelope or box is a far more secure way of shipping your item(s).
DO NOT USE an expensive shipping method; it’s just not necessary.
REMEMBER to include your return/shipping address.
REMEMBER to collect and submit your tracking number! Why wait to receive your replacement? We would love to get your new item to you as soon as possible.
