INSTRUCTIONS FOR IPOD

  1. Include your iPod, USB cable, and, if you still have it, the small plastic box.
  2. Keep your waterproof headphones with you.  You can also keep your non-waterproof Apple headphones. We don’t need them to replace your iPod. (The ONLY exception is if you have also contacted customer services about returning a nonfunctional set of HydroActive or Swimbuds Sport Headphones.)
  3. Package your iPod. We recommend a small padded envelope or box, as it’s a little too easy for your tiny iPod to slip out of a plain envelope. A little reinforcement is good.
  4. Address your package. Our business address is below. Please include a return/shipping address.
  5. Ship the iPod using the cheapest shipping option with delivery confirmation.
  6. Collect your tracking number, and
  7. Submit your tracking number, the address to which you would like us to ship your replacement, and your color preference, using the form below.

  2. Keep your functioning waterproof headphones with you. We don’t need them to replace your Syryn.
  3. Package your Syryn. We recommend a small padded envelope or box, as it’s a little too easy for your Syryn to slip out of a plain envelope. A little reinforcement is good.

GET YOUR NEW IPOD/HEADPHONES

SUGGESTIONS AND REMINDERS

KEEP your waterproof headphones with you (unless you are returning Swimbuds Sport or HydroActive Headphones for replacement).
DO NOT USE A PLAIN ENVELOPE as this may lead to your item(s) being lost. A cardboard or padded envelope or box is a far more secure way of shipping your item(s).
INCLUDE A NOTE with your contact information and a current mailing address.
REMEMBER to collect and submit your tracking number! Why wait to receive your replacement? We would love to get your new iPod, FitBit, Kindle, or SYRYN to you as soon as possible.

As soon as you have shipped the iPod, complete the following form and we will be able to ship your replacement without waiting for the return to arrive.

Please note that if we do not receive your tracking number we will have to wait until we receive your package into our office before sending the replacement.
